When buying an exercise bike or any piece of stationary cardiovascular equipment, it can sometimes be a difficult process choosing which product is best for you and will provide the most benefits at the best price.

Do you get a recumbent bike that's more relaxing and easier on the knees? Or is an upright bike better for mimicking the way you'd ride a bike? Then again, an elliptical trainer will also train the arms.

Or you could get all three in one device.

Introduction And Features

Body Rider Dual Action Stationary Bike Review

The Body Rider 3-in-1 Trio Trainer is rather different from most of the other bikes we've featured, and there's one clear reason why this is.

With this 'bike' you have three different training options. You can either sit in an upright position, roll the seat back into a recumbent position or stand up and use it as an elliptical machine.

Different training methods have different benefits. Recumbent machines are excellent for those with back problems and are more relaxing for instance whereas elliptical machines let you train the whole body.

Most of us can't afford the expense or the space to use all three, but for just over $300, the Trio Trainer lets you have all three. It's patented design, so it's not something you're likely to see elsewhere. The transition also promises to be seamless with there being no need to move the position of the pedals.

Those aren't the only features of this unique bike, though. At the same time, you also get a display that provides lots of information including heart rate monitoring.

You can select from different training programs, and resistance is provided by a magnetic system which makes for a smooth ride.

What Customers Say

Looking at customer reviews, it would seem that this product has been successful in its ambitions. Currently, the product has numerous positive reviews and satisfied customers.

Conclusion

Of course, this bike doesn't offer the 'crème-de-la-crème' when it comes to spinning workouts or when it comes to elliptical machines.

That's not the point, though – instead, this is a device that offers you the option of three different workouts without taking up too much space. It's unique and great value and brings a lot to a home gym set up.

If you are unsure of what type of CV machine you need, this option solves the problem for you in an elegant way.
